Please note that while we do always try to dispatch your order within 48 hours of purchase, this is not always possible.If we cannot dispatch an order within 48 hours we will inform you via the contact information your provide.

We will contact you once your order has been dispatched, please allow for up to two weeks for delivery before enquiring about an order.

Orders received after 3PM Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays)

Postage Rate Costs in Pounds

  • 1.50 for all orders up to 10.00
  • 1.75 : 10 - 15
  • 2.00 : 15 - 20
  • 2.50 : 20 - 25
  • 2.75 : 25 - 30
  • **FREE* over 30.00
Any order with a P&P final weight cost total under this amount will have the excess refunded. There is no profit in postage rates, purely a cost by package weight plus packing costs

The Ribbonrie is not accountable for any damage caused during transit. If you would like us to refund or replace any items, please return the items to us within 28 days of dispatch. Please note that The Ribbonrie is not required to replace or refund any items if we feel such action is not warrented.

The Ribbonrie reserves the right to refuse a transaction without prior warning.

Returns Policy:

We offer a easy returns process, we are happy to accept unwanted items for refund or exchange. Please note ths does not include items damaged durig transit as we cannot accept responsibility in the event of ths occuring.

By law, consumers in the European Union have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day of receipt of the order.
If you wish to cancel your order ask you to please notify us quoting your name, order number and details of the product/s:

When cancelling within the seven day cooling off period you will be entitled to a full refund ot the order total including postage costs.

Goods must be returned within 28 Days of receipt, for a full refund. All items must be returned in a resaleable condition with any packaging still intact, goods must be returned using the specified returns address.

Goods returned after 28days will not be accepted unless faulty and The Ribbonrie reserve the right to send back these items.

If you return goods then you are repsonsible for the costs incurred in returning the item, and the returned goods until they reach us. We strongly reccomend that you obtain proof of posting from your Post Office.

Refunds:

We require 5 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund.
Please allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside our control.
Your refund will be credited to the same card/method with which you made your original purchase.
