These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods by The Ribbonrie.

The sale of goods to minors.
Due to very strong laws within the UK regarding the collection of data about any person not legally recognised as an adult, we cannot accept any orders made, or keep accounts registered to, any person under the age of 18. We are not responsible for any abuse of this rule. This includes, but is not limited to, entering false information or getting a person who is legally recognised as an adult to purchase any product for a person not legally recognised as an adult.

Damages.
The Ribbonrie is not responsible for any damages caused by the purchase of an order or use of an order once it has arrived. The buyer accepts full responsibility for any and all purchases he/she makes within the shop and the use of any such purchase after the item has been dispatched.

Personal Information.
The submission of personal information such as names, addresses and contact information is stored within our database whenever an account or purchase is made. By signing up to this shop and by making any such purchases, you are agreeing that The Ribbonrie is allowed to keep such information for future use, this includes but is not limited to being added to the shops mailing list. No personal information is given or sold to third parties.

Legal issues.
The Ribbonrie is not responsible for any legal issues that may arise from any unlawful actions carried out by its customers, this includes but is not limited to a customer entering false information in order to purchase an item that he/she is not legally old enough to obtain, or if a person under the age of 18 acquires an item from the shop through a person that is legally recognised as an adult.
