My Valentine was AWOL on Valentines day but sill manage to get a card to me on the day, so not like him haha!

I made a lot of Valentine gifts for the children mostly and my friend and neighbours kids too. What I did not do was take any pictures of the lovely packaging that I used which had been created by Missy Mega Talented Kate Hadfield *Humpf* I am such a twit!

ValentineI do get a shot of hubby’s card. I was very pleased with this. A simple card but elegant. A few twisted lengths of copper wire, a couple of beads, a gorgeous Belle Fleur from Prima and stamps by Basic Grey ‘Two Scoops’

I had spent Valentines night at a Heart Start training class for the adult Guiders in my district. I was there to support the team more than anything as a Guider myself teaching this class to my fellow Guiders would have been to weird! Still it went well and we have a lot of bookings in the diary for the next few months so its all good and I think the British Heart Foundation are pleased with our progress.

So Valentines night was spent on matters of the heart, just not what you would have thought at first glance.
