Class 42 - PiercingMy its hot here today. It poured with rain most of the day until around 7PM last night and then the sun came out and the evening was stunning! Today its beautiful and I am so pleased as it was beginning to feel like summer had passed us by.

Yesterday Chelsea returned from her week away with her Grandparents. She looked great, she had a nice healthy glow about her and appears to have had a great week.
Whitney has now gone for her turn and was grinning like a Cheshire cat when she went. She protest about how much she will miss everyone and then promptly forgets us all hahahah!
The Children are truly blessed with such wonderful grandparents. Every year they take each one and lavish them with love and attention, I never had anything like this growing up and it sure does gives me warm fuzzies to think of the lovely memories they are growing up with.

Class 44 - Mosaic Photo’sThis afternoon Chelsea started what is called a Summer Transition Course. She is part of this for the next month in a bid to help her, and other kids like her ,who are afraid of the move to High School at the end of August. They are meeting as a group and doing fun team building games and activities. I am certain she will be having a ball and that it will help her confidence, it is a great idea, I hope it works.
My Postie brought me my Heidi Swapp Summer Embellishments kit this morning and I have to say its rather delish! Lots of stickers and chipboard elements as well as a chipboard alphabet. Ghost letters, large blossoms, puffy centres for them which I like. Some cool beach themed foam stamps, a frame kit with rub ons and a cute mask. All very useable, so I was pleased.
Have to share with you this photograph I took a short time ago of Nicholas in a car, complete with helmet, that James made him entirely from KNex! He was working on it from yesterday afternoon so no small task and Nicholas loves it LOL! I can feel another page coming on and I swear James’s future lies somewhere in engineering.
Until later xx……

I’m sure Chelsea will have a ball at the transition group, they help loads of kids to gain confidence and be less stressed about the changes ahead. Wow! I hate Knex, it is so hard so well done James, that is a stunning model.
