Happy Fathers Day
This is not my Father but my happy hubby running in the Fathers Race at sports day on Friday. The kids badgered him none stop until he took part haha! He was delighted not to come last
He really is a great Dad you know. These last two weeks he has been on leave he has done his share of parenting. Not much else mind you but hey, no one is perfect.
Your a wonderful Dad and the love of my life, have a great day hun….
Nicholas adores him and the feeling is mutual, lovely to watch and leaves huge warm fuzzies every day.
Sports Day was Nicholas’s first taste of proper school involvement. The new school nursery organised 2 races for the little ones. The 3 and 4 year olds ran separately, one flat race and one obstacle course. What a laugh that was. No one will ever be able to accuse Nicholas of cheating as you will see be the following run of photographs….

Oopps! Its off again…..![]()
Hahaha….This is fun MumHe was last by some margin but what cheers he got. He was the only one to complete each obstacle, most just lifted that last one and ran for the finish. I laughed until I cried.

Chelsea’s determination shows.Chelsea has been at Guide Camp this weekend and it poured on them until yesterday afternoon, what awful weather. The incoming Brownies next term were invited up yesterday afternoon so I took Whitney up and thank goodness the rain had stopped. She had a great time and the weather has held since with no further rain.
I was concerned that Whitney would have been lost without her this weekend but that has not been the case. She had a disco Friday and Saturday night to go too and we have enjoyed picking out clothes, doing hair and make up, she has had a ball.

All dressed up![]()
Ready for more….
She looks so grown up with her new hair style and a bit of make up. I am glad she got so much out of her weekend but also glad I don’t have to go through this every weekend. I have styled, dressed and been taxi all week for the kids and the multitude of activities that come around at this time of year. Next week my eldest little girl enters her Valedictory week and we are treated to many performances, presentations and the like as she completes her primary school years and heads for high school. Can’t believe it really, yesterday she was so small….
Until later xx ….

those pics are brilliant, Nicholas is so adorable and good for him for not cheating, he is the winner in my eyes along with his handsome daddy. Wow Whitney looks stunning with her hair all curly. Also read your other post and wow what a page, I love it all.
