My Family

Class 2 Tag BookA few more things to share from the weekends Mad Hatters Cybercrop today, all using pictures of my family. These pictures were taken on Mothers Day this year, I had everyone at home and we all messed around around together for a couple of hours in the afternoon and I got a load of shots. Some good some not so great haha!
Trying to get six including a 3 year old to play along was not easy but it in the end I was pleased, more than anything as there were a couple of shots of all six of us, a rare thing indeed.
This little tag book was the 2nd class from the cybercrop by Margare, ‘Through The Keyhole’ and featured a kit from Artbase which I never managed to get however I did have a similiar range of papers (Making Memories Anthology). The chipboard key was a main feature and those with the kit thought it great so I had a crack at making my own and I was quite pleased with it I have to say. I also got lucky with this one and won some Artbase gift vouchers, result!
This 2nd page was from Shimelle, and featured using a BIG picture that filled the width or length of the page. I choose to do this family shot on a large scale because I think it deserved it. I wanted the focus to stay on the big picture, no distraction so stuck entirely with one colour. The title and large flower were cut from chipboard then layered with the same cardstock. The small punched flowers just went straight onto the card and photograph. Simple, easy, job done.
Can you believe it is the 1st May today? Have a good day where ever you are, the sun is shining here, hope some shines on you.
Until later xx..
