A favour
Evening all
Could I ask a favour of any passing readers please. Today in a conversation of the cyber kind, it was brought to my attention that my images have not always shown on recent entries. Now had I been blogging from my iMac I would not have been surprised but I have been unable to do that as yet so all entries have been made via my PC. I am going to ask Squarespace if there is a problem with anything I should know about but it would help to know if this is an isolated incident with one PC user or if there are more. If you do find you can’t see any images (and I rarely make an entry without one) then please do stick a comment on here or email me from the link on the right, really appreciate your help.

I am still struggling with my iMac and being able to see some functions on various sites. Even when everything seems to be as it should I find it hard to write posts as the minute I make a typo and try and backspace to correct , a trace of type is left behind and the post box looks messy. It is then hard to know where you are at with it. When I preview it looks fine but its difficult to continue typing when you think your page is messed up. All very odd I say.
The screen grab above will maybe better explain what I mean.
I have tried 4 browsers and can only see all my blog buttons through Firefox although this one leaves that messy trail on editing so I don’t know what to do next.I know that Internet Explorer can be run on a Mac but it the advice is not to do that, it is filled with errors and is not supported by Microsoft or anyone anymore so there are no updates to be had. This iMac was a very expensive bit of kit and it bothers me that the simple day to day things that I do are not able to be done in a smooth manner that I am used too. Everything else about it I love, it is just like breaking in new shoes at the moment, they look great but feel uncomfortable.
Have scrapped again today, I re did a DT project for Jillybeans this morning. I got up and looked at my effort from last night and thought, no way, that is PANTS! So I took it apart and started again. Andrew thought I had lost the plot but I knew I could not live with it so ho hum, its done again lol! Sneak peak on the left.
I manage to lose my spreadsheet data in the crossover somewhere as well. All my UKS points and general craft project figures are kept so I know where I am. Last night I gave up trying to find it and today the lovely Scrapdolly (AKA Karen) came to my rescue and sent me all my figures. Thank you so much
Right, off to sort out all these filthy kids of mine, brillo and ajax at the ready….then maybe a CJ entry later.
Until later xx….
P.S. There are two images in this entry

Heather, I still can’t see the images for the CURRENT post. I can see the images for all the posts below though (but not when they were the current post…if that makes sense LOL!) Hope that info might help you. I haven’t changed anything on my computer since it happened so I know it won’t be that.
Will come back tomorrow and hopefully get to see what you have created today

I can see your images okay Heather, I don’t think I’ve ever not been able to.
I hope you get to grips with the Mac, I’ve never had one so I can’t offer any advice but I do know a couple of peeps that use them, I’ll chat to them about your probs.
