Dreich!
This is the kind of day it is today, flaming DREICH! This is a great Scots word which aptly describes the Scottish weather, most of the time. I was inspired to do this quick little book by a thread on UK Scrappers. Nothing fancy it its design, just a 7 Gypsies board book, a set of Scottish Tartan papers from Craft Heaven and a few embellishment. Its fun and the prompts are great. ![]()
Wheest!
I certainly have used both these words from the first two prompts often throughout my lifetime, especially ‘Wheest’. Example : "Haud yir Wheesht, ah’m oan the phone" has often been said in my house
I only discovered the other day a blog with Photography prompts, I thought it was great and another push to get the camera out for some different shots, not that I ever need pushing to do that haha! These prompts come from Anita and Kirsty and the blog is well worth a visit.
I am playing catch up on the first few prompts but here are the first one. I have set up a new gallery for these and some other photographs. This picture for me represents the fact that I love and I am loved and that makes me very happy indeed. This figurine is an anniversary gift that is treasured.

Happy I am off out to the baby gym with Nicholas now but will add more to this entry later possibly.
Until then…..
