Tonight around 9PM it started snowing and its still falling. All around is very white and soft on the eye, its lovely! It was a cold but very sunny day today, such a pleasant change, I had almost forgotten what sun looked like. I hope the snow is there in the morning, please God, let it lie a while, its so pretty.

Painting Fun

I started scrapping a few favourite pictures from December to add to the journal just finished. Not classic works of art lol! But they are more about the ‘moment’ and fun that was had and I am trying not to get screwed up spending too long making decisions on those issues. This is purely about getting these pictures into my albums and quickly. I saved this paint hand print as it had been a while since I printed Nicholas’s hands. We had a great time throwing paint around and he hooted with laughter when I painted mine and added them to his picture.

Where Did You Get That Hat?bound for the attic that contained his terry nappies. He had no idea what they were LOL! He wore them for the 1st 2 years and he had not a clue then I suppose he was not paying attention much to the business end of things haha! He promptly stuck it on his head and called it a hat. His Dad and I were in stitches laughing as he kept it on for what seemed like and age. Bless him! Had to save this moment for prosperity ;) Its all written on the back on the swing out tag.

He has been a wee star since starting nursery, even if a tad more tired and a little more demanding by dinner time. He has coped so well and I think his Mum has too.

Its been a very busy start to the week and it seems not to be letting up. I was going to chill at home in the morning but that Carol one (Of Craft Heaven fame) gave me a tip off today (as well as tea & sweeties) about some fab boxes and notebooks at Ikea so I am off there in the morning. We are planning a craft night for all our girls and painting and tarting up these boxes sounds like just the ticket.  Then Nursery calls for Nic in the afternoon and I will scrap a little while I seem to be in the ‘zone’. Camera club tomorrow night and then my PC Passport course starts on Thursday. Andrew is back tomorrow night after quite a long time away so I will be glad to see him. Friday will be prep for the girls craft night and prep for Angel Crafts crop on Saturday. Pheeewwww! Its all go..
