And still the rains came down!
Well the weekend plans are scupperd once again as the rain is still throwing it down and the wind howls on! No way am I taking four kids out anywhere in that unless I have to.
So I have pottered around all morning doing bits and bobs and got another couple of pages done for my journal. I just have the 2 more to go. One filler from back on the 29th when I had already done that days prompt and a closing page for the 6th. I had to go with a double for the 6th as I needed a page for the tree coming down and all the ‘traditions’ I know have that surround that. So the last page will be a reflection on the Christmas journey that I have recorded, scrapped and shot since December the 1st.
I could never have imagined what was coming when I first started this, just as![]()
On the 12th Day of Christmas well eh? I shall plod on over the weekend and get this part of the book(s) completed. I say ‘part’ because I intend to use the same albums for normal scrapbook pages to home the rest of the Christmas/New Year photographs. I bought a set of 3 albums in a slip case and it seems right to keep everything together & contained in this set. So once this journal is over I am cracking on using the same papers etc to get these photographs scrapped.

Pity you couldn’t make it today but the way the weather is - home was a better option. See you next week.
