mychristmasjournal06My Christmas Journey started all over again tonight lol! I started my Shimelle classes to Journal my Christmas on the 1st and on the 3rd I changed my mind! I didn’t like the Blonde Moments pages, don’t really know why?? So tonight I pull out the paper collections and Bazzill and started again. Now I have gone all slick and neat on myself *shakes head* but I do think it suits me better for quick entries every day and I do so lurve Dasher and Blitzen so why not have them in a journal like this *nods own head in agreement, twittering*

It was so late once again before I got going tonight but it was good, I needed too. I taught a crop class this afternoon and although it went well I was so conscious of the time today (neighbour watching my children) and did not want to be out any longer than need be. So I took nothing to do myself and just took the class and got away a bit earlier than normal. Such a pity as I could have done with staying on for a while to chat to Carol, however we spoke on the phone tonight1)) and I feel better for it now.

It has been a pleasant weekend really. Had a lovely afternoon over at Roz’s, it was lovely to catch up with the girls. Never got to do any scrapping as I had all four kids with me but they were as good as gold. I photographed all the DT lippy Chick books for Roz and got them edited in the wee hours last night. 021206 003.JPG This one was a rush job (don’t ask!) last weekend. It features Angela (of Angel Crafts) daughter and this is as much as I can show you. What I like about it best was the cover. It took rub ons really well and gliiter mod podge as a top coat. Its very girlie and quite right too Lauren is such a pretty girl. It is fun experimenting with these fab covers. Makes them quite different from other books. I have a few more to do yet so we shall see what I try next lol!

I sat last night a cut out cards kits for 42 Rainbows & Brownies while watching TV. Yes I actually sat on my backside (kinda) for several hours (Does that count as I was ‘doing’ at the same time? lol) I thoroughly enjoyed Strictly come dancing, although was sad Carol Smiley Smiley went. Then I watched All Star Wheel of Fortune, oh how I love Vernon! and then results shows for X factor (at last the croony Bros are outta there) and SCD. Then I watched Take That, what a hoot! Next up was parky but I missed a load of that because my brother phone *rollseyes* So pleased that at least those cards are done, hell of a job but some sad git had to do it ;)

My brother Andrew called to let us know that my youngest brothers partner, who is due their first baby in January, was taken into hospital with pre-eclampsia. Poor soul. However Mum and baby are fine and it looks like she may well get induced between Christmas and New Year.

Now its hit midnight again and I have a long day tomorrow, ladies group AM , meeting in School in the afternoon and the usual Guiding malarky tomorrow night, so I doubt I will get any more Christmas prompts done tonight which is a pain as I hate being behind. Andrew is home tomorrow night and home for a while so I will catch up then I think.
