Firstly, thank you for all the lovely birthday wishes for Nicholas, he had a wonderful time yesterday rounded off by his first trip to see the fireworks, a great day. His final act of the evening was to wee on my jeans LOL! I promptly took them off and stuck then in the washing machine. This morning I went to get them out and found I had washed and spun my new mobile phone as well!!!  Stupid me, it was in the pocket *rollseyes* It is now drying out and I have everything crossed that it might work again soon. Can’t believe my luck, only had this one a short time as a replacement for the stolen one….ho hum!

I have had so little time and I am desperate for sleep but wanted to thank Carol & Madge for a cracking crop today and Carol for my wee gift *blush*1 Also a mention to Morag who, as part of the DT, ran her first class today and it was fab! Well done, it was a lovely page and I will post mine tomorrow if/when I get a minute.

Thanks also to the lovely Angel and Roz for making the trip, it was great to have your company today. 3 LO’s Angela!! So impressive lol!

Saw Mum tonight at the hospital. The good news is that she is now on a general ward and out the HD unit. The bad news is she believes she will get better and be able to go home to things as they were. This is defiantly not the case. She is very poorly still and cannot stand on her own two feet! How she links she could cope at home is beyond me. I tried very gently to explain who serious things were without causing alarm but she is in complete denial. Poor soul…

She was also upset as the lady in the bed opposite her had died through the night. This lady had a similar condition to Mum from what I can gather so you can imagine what was flying around inside her head. I shall go back through on Tuesday and see if things are a bit clearer by then. I really need to speak to a doctor but that was never going to happen over the weekend.

I then did a quick detour to my Aunt’s to drop off some Tapestry stamps for some of the group from the class the other night, they are all so lovely and it was a real pleasure to demo for them.

I got home around 9.30 and at last got a DLO from the retreat last weekend completed HOORAH! It just needed a title which I did not manage to do this afternoon, still its done now and will be up when I can get to it.

Thanks again for all you support, its amazing what a difference that makes.
