Sick Notes
Do you know I can’t quite believe that I have come down with tonsillitis this bad just 2 months after the last bout???
I have spent much of the last few day’s a bit delirious with a raging temperature which is not something I have had much of in my adult life. Of course Andrew was away yesterday not helping the situation much. Nicholas was at least cared for until lunchtime and then went for a nap. But from 3PM until bedtime is was really hard trying to cope with 4 kids on my own.
Andrew returned this morning and he drove me to the surgery where I was prescribed antibiotics and I finally got a lotion for the sore scalp that has plagued me for weeks, so that was a bonus.
I wanted so much to go to my first crop at Angela’s on Saturday but the way things stand it does not look promising. Still you never know a couple of days worth of antibiotics might do the trick, keeping my fingers crossed.
This page is the latest for my Garden Journal. I am really enjoying scrapping flowers instead of people for a change.
I saw the Rhododendron outside the sitting room window the other night and noticed its bud’s just starting to pop. The rain had just stopped and I nipped out and snatched a few shots. This picture I have called ‘Follow Me’. Today the same bud has half its flowers out. It??s following this ones lead.
The plaque reads- ” Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.’
How true…………..

I hope you are feeling better and can get to your crop. I know what you mean about sometimes feeling that you are talking to yourself on UKS, I have often felt invisible there. Anyway I have tagged you. See my blog for further details, copy the questions and post them on your blog, well only if you want to LOL
